Dr. Tsibel received his doctoral degree from the Tashkent School of Dentistry with a 4.0 GPA and honors in 1976. He then pursued his Ph.D in 1982 in Prosthodontics with an emphasis in oral surgery, and graduated with a 4.0 GPA with honors. He is a member of the Academy of General Dentistry, American Dental Association, California Dental Association, and the San Gabriel Valley Dental Society.

Dr. Tsibel considers himself fortunate to have a career that supports his family and gives him a daily sense of accomplishment. He genuinely enjoys his work and is motivated by a profound interest in dentistry.
His devotion to the profession drives him to continuously advance his skills. He strives to improve both his patient interaction and his theoretical and practical knowledge of dentistry.
If he did not find satisfaction in his practice, he would explore his passion for teaching. Over the years, he has pursued the latest advancements in dentistry, especially implantology and laser dentistry, while sharing his discoveries with colleagues.
Dr. Tsibel values witnessing the satisfaction of his patients and the transfer of information to fellow dentists. He recognizes that learning is ongoing, and he feels honored to be respected by his peers.
